Instructions:
- Wait for the FTP widget/plug-in to load (may take a while)
- If an alert displays select to trust widget/plug-in
- Click the "Connect Button" next to the password field
- Find and select your file(s) in the left panel and click the arrow pointing to the right panel to upload them
